Matt Wooden serves as an advisor for BWF’s electronic data collection efforts, which includes geospatial mapping. He is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in public safety and geospatial technologies. Matt currently serves as the lead GIS Analyst at Cosumnes Community Service District in California. He previously held GIS analyst positions at Sacramento Area Sewer District and the Sacramento Regional Fire/EMS Communication Center (SRFECC). Matt’s expertise extends to emergency GIS response and support for natural disasters. He holds a BA in Geography from Sac State and a master’s degree in Homeland Security: Geospatial Intelligence from Penn State University.
